Yanghwajeong

Yanghwajeong is a barbecue restaurant in Seoul that grills han-don yangnyeom gui and dwaeji galbi over charcoal. The yangnyeom dwaeji galbi is thick and tender with a smoky flavor, and it is ordered together with naengmyeon. Staff grill the meat and change the grill plate often, and naengmyeon is served as a complimentary item before 3 p.m. The portions of meat are not large.
