U R T is a vegan brunch and bakery restaurant in Seoul. It serves paprika hummus, perilla oil and bracken pasta, and a menu that changes with seasonal vegetables and fruit. The sales list is posted on Instagram the day before business days, and reservations are taken by DM. Prices are on the higher side because it uses a lot of ingredients.
