Sangsu Eochon

Sangsu Eochon is a shellfish grill restaurant near Sangsu in Seoul. When you order grilled or steamed shellfish, staff cook it for you and add cheese and green onion toppings. The kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) comes with a generous amount of seafood and shellfish soup on the side. The shellfish is grilled without excessive salt and cooked until tender.
