Pyeongando Sangwon Naengmyeon

Pyeongando Sangwon Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in a basement food hall in Hongdae, Seoul, serving Pyongyang-style cold noodles and pure buckwheat noodles. The pure buckwheat noodles are made from 100% buckwheat dough pulled to order and arrive with a few slices of arongsatae boiled pork. The restaurant has been run by three to four generations of the same family since 1953, and customers order at a kiosk and pick up their food themselves. It is open only for lunch and does not sell soju.
