Mapo Salt Grill

Mapo Sogeum Gui is an old restaurant in Hapjeong-dong that serves only salt-grilled pork and pork skin. Orders of the salt-grilled pork and the pork skin are placed in portions of two, and the meat arrives partly cooked so diners finish it at the table. Some diners add rice to the kimchi stew and eat it together. The tables inside are close together, so seating is cramped.
