Kyodaiya is an udon restaurant near Hapjeong Station in Seoul that serves Sanuki-style udon and has appeared in the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand for several years. Its signature dish, cold bukkake udon, pairs chewy hand-cut noodles with tsuyu, sesame, scallions, and grated radish. The wait runs about 20 minutes, and while waiting with a number ticket you can watch noodles being cut in the kitchen. The space is small and there is no single counter seating, so solo diners may be seated at a shared table.
