Jinhyang is a Chinese restaurant in Seogyo-dong, Seoul, next to Jinjin, serving lunch centered on ganjjajang and gunmandu. Its gaji ganjjajang adds thick doenjang and stir-fried eggplant to chunjang and is stir-fried so the eggplant does not turn mushy, while the gunmandu has a crisp wrapper and a juicy filling. It is the establishment of master Wang Yuksung, opens for lunch only, and provides extra noodles when diners ask for more during the meal. The dining room is not large, so a wait can form.
