Hapjeongok

Hapjeongok is a gomtang restaurant near Hapjeong Station in Seoul that serves gomtang and seolleongtang. The basic gomtang contains yangji and yang, while the special gomtang adds yanggitmeori, offal, and gopchang. The rice comes already in the soup, and at lunchtime a wait forms with a stair climb to the second floor. The clear broth is plain and lacks depth.
