Dwaejijeon

Dwaeji Jeon is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Hapjeong-dong, Seoul, that grills aged pork. Staff brush butter on samgyeopsal aged in nuruk salt, dry-aged pork collar, galmaegisal, and bone-in loin as they cook. The donkatsu is limited to five portions a day, so it is hard to get later in the day, and the first bottle of wine has no corkage fee. Prices for meat and meal dishes are on the higher side.
