Cheonggiwa Galbi

Cheonggiwa Galbi is a meat restaurant in Hongdae that grills saeng galbi, seasoned beef galbi, and pork galbi over charcoal. The pork galbi is served bone-in rather than as seasoned moksim, and the saeng galbi is eaten dipped in a scallion-soy sauce. Doenjang jjigae comes with the meat, and pa kimchi or daepa kimchi is served as a side dish. The portion of pork galbi is on the small side.
