Beoseot Maru

Mushroom Maru is a restaurant in Hapjeong, Seoul, that serves mushroom shabu-shabu, mushroom jeongol, monkfish jjim, and seafood jeongol. The shabu-shabu uses several kinds of mushrooms, and diners cook meat and vegetables in a clear, light broth. Regulars have ordered the same mushroom shabu-shabu for years, and the restaurant has also been used for company dinners. Servers rush orders without explaining the menu, and refills of side dishes are not prompt.
