Protocol Constant is a coffee shop in Seoul that serves filter coffee and espresso drinks made from a range of beans. Beans such as Costa Rica Volcan Azul are available, and the dessert changes each month through a collaboration with a different shop. Visitors taste and pay in the annex, then order on the first floor and go up to the work spaces on the second or third floor. When all seats are taken, visitors wait.
