Kobasi

Kobashi is an omakase izakaya near Hapjeong Station in Seoul that serves multiple courses of dishes not tied to a single genre, with soup dishes and a selection of sake cups included. The space is small with few tables, and the chef brings out each dish one at a time. Lighting is dim, and the open kitchen lets diners watch the chef cook up close. The restaurant is located on the basement floor of 392 Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
