Yung's Bistro (K11 MUSEA)

Yung's Bistro is on the seventh floor of K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, and serves Cantonese dishes and afternoon tea. The menu reworks traditional Cantonese cooking around roast goose and char siu. Reaching the restaurant requires a separate elevator, and window seats look out over Victoria Harbour and Central, with balcony seating also available. Food sometimes arrives late and requests are sometimes missed, so service is inconsistent.
