Yakiniku Sho

Yakiniku Sho is a high-end yakiniku omakase restaurant in Central, Hong Kong that serves both Japanese and Korean elements. The course includes several cuts of meat, among them Japanese A5 wagyu. Staff grill the meat at the table and explain how to eat each cut and what seasoning to use. The omakase portion is enough for two people to eat until full.
