YAKINIKU KAKURA (Causeway Bay)

YAKINIKU KAKURA is a Saga black-haired wagyu yakiniku restaurant on the first floor of Tower 535 on Jaffe Road in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Its signature dish, the large-plate grilled black-haired wagyu sirloin, is briefly grilled by staff and then dipped in onsen egg. The lunch set includes white rice, salad, soup, side dishes and dessert, and can be ordered as a set or as individual items. Many wagyu cuts have a high fat content, so the richness remains even when eaten with lettuce.
