You choose toppings such as beef, brisket, or bone marrow, along with thin rice noodles, thick rice noodles, or egg noodles. The boiled meats come out tender and are eaten with lajiaojiang or chili oil. Seats on the alley side back onto a garbage area, and shared tables are the norm, which makes the shop uncomfortable to visit with children.
