Wing Fat Seafood Restaurant is a long-running seafood restaurant next to Temple Street Night Market in Hong Kong. Its main dishes are scallops steamed with garlic and glass noodles, a Hong Kong-style oyster pancake, and stir-fried clams, served at outdoor tables. The restaurant accepts cash only, and dishes usually arrive within 3–5 minutes after ordering. The restroom is very dirty, and its door does not lock properly.
