Wa-En Yakiniku

Wa-En Yakiniku is a Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant in the Apple Store building in Tsim Sha Tsui, serving Miyazaki wagyu and Hokkaido samgyeopsal (pork belly). The lunch set includes beef kelp soup, a mini salad, Japanese pickles, rice, and coffee, tea, or ice cream, and there is also a combination for grilling wagyu with shrimp and scallops. The restaurant is reached by taking an elevator and transferring from the 5th floor to the 12th floor, and it has wooden decor, partitioned seats, and children's chairs. Staff watch the fire, explain the characteristics of each cut and how to eat it, and sometimes grill the meat.
