Viet Nam Yummy

Viet Nam Yummy is a small shop in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, serving Vietnamese pho and mixed pho. Its signature dishes are rare beef and beef meatball pho and pork collar mixed pho, and the broth is boiled daily with beef bones and spices. The owner handles both orders and cooking alone, so the pho sometimes sells out around 5 p.m. There are only about 10 seats, so tables are scarce during meal times.
