Trinity Dumpling Bar

Trinity Dumpling Bar is a dumpling restaurant on Tung Choi Street in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. It serves boiled, pan-fried and soup dumplings, with fillings that include black and white truffle pork dumplings and cilantro pork dumplings. Around 8:30 p.m. there was no wait to get in, but the shop was full of customers, with cartoon wall decorations and Japanese posters and music. The dumplings are small, so one plate does not fill you up.
