The Lasagna Factory

The Lasagna Factory is an Italian restaurant in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, serving beef and seafood lasagna and pizza. Its signature lasagna is built in dense layers, and the pizza is thick, soft, and chewy. In the evening, a musician plays guitar or accordion and sings, so meals include a live performance. Meatballs and tiramisu can be ordered as well.
