The Cheesecake Factory

The Cheesecake Factory is an American-style restaurant serving steak, pasta and cheesecake, located in Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui. It offers many kinds of cheesecake, including vanilla bean, strawberry and cherry chocolate, and the cakes are dense and rich. On Friday at 7 p.m. the wait was 40 minutes and in the evening it ran close to an hour, but there was no wait at the morning opening. One menu item comes out as if it were two portions, so two people can easily leave pasta and an appetizer unfinished.
