T'ang Court

T'ang Court is a Cantonese restaurant at The Langham in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Its Peking duck is roasted until the skin is crisp and served with thin pancakes, sauce, scallions, and cucumber. At lunch, dim sum can be ordered alongside dinner dishes, but dim sum is not served at dinner. The set courses and signature dishes are priced high.
