Suzuno is a Japanese restaurant in Happy Valley that serves an omakase menu built on seasonal Japanese ingredients. The course moves through a seasonal appetizer, five pieces of sashimi, and ten pieces of sushi. The chef has worked for over 30 years and explains the origin and the way to eat each ingredient, one plate at a time. The counter seats about 10 people, so reservations need to be made early.
