Sushiro (Quarry Bay)

Sushiro in Quarry Bay is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. It serves tuna and shrimp sushi, a salmon sashimi platter, chawanmushi and fried dishes. Orders placed on a tablet arrive on the belt within three to four minutes, and on Saturday between 3 and 4 pm a table was available in about ten minutes. Wait times are long during peak hours.
