Sushi Saito

Sushi Saito is a Japanese omakase sushi restaurant on the 45th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong in Central, Hong Kong. The chef serves an Edomae-style course using seafood selected by season and ingredients brought in from Japan. Reservations are not easy to get, so a seat must be secured before visiting. Course prices are high, which makes the restaurant a burden for a light meal.
