Stars Dim Sum Specialists is a dim sum restaurant in Mong Kok, a two-minute walk from Prince Edward Station. Har gow is the signature dish, and the restaurant also serves shrimp siu mai and cheung fun. Orders are placed by writing numbers or marks in the blank boxes on a photo menu and handing it to the staff, who explain the menu and how to eat in English. Tables are small and the seating is tightly spaced.
