Sol-Sot is a Korean restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui serving domi gwanja sotbap, eel deopbap, and hairtail, a five-minute walk from the Hong Kong Science Museum. The eel deopbap is eaten by pouring broth over it, and sides such as yurin gi come with the meal. A Korean owner and staff handle service, and the tableware and banchan are set out in a Korean style. The dining space is quiet, but the eel deopbap is sweet and can taste salty.
