For the sen noodles, you choose one broth from sen broth, tom yum, or a clear broth, and combine it with pho, glass noodles, sweet potato noodles, yellow noodles, or rice soup. Toppings can be selected from 12 options, including Boston lobster, A5 black-haired wagyu, and Japanese Hiroshima oysters. At lunch or during busy hours, you have to line up before entering.
