Shiro Central

Shiro Central is a Japanese restaurant inside Tai Kwun in Central, serving sushi, sashimi and robatayaki. Its menu includes variations such as crystal sushi, sake clams and green tea tiramisu, along with sake, wine and cocktails. From the afternoon, the outdoor terrace looks out over the Tai Kwun Parade Ground for wine and drinks. Staff explain and recommend the menu and drinks, and the interior adds modern decor to a historic building.
