Seoul Jemyeonso is a Korean restaurant on Hong Kong Island serving gukbap and kalguksu. The dak-kalguksu comes with a rich, not salty broth, soft chicken and potato, and barley rice on the side. The gukbap portions of meat and food are generous, and kimchi and kkakdugi can be refilled multiple times. Korean staff handle service, and the setup suits eating alone.
