SC Cuisine

SC Cuisine serves handmade dim sum and yum cha near the exit of Mong Kok Station. Its signature items include black truffle siu mai, shrimp har gow, and garlic shrimp spring rolls, all steamed to order. Each order is cooked separately and steamed on the spot, and pu-erh tea is provided free at the table. The Mong Kok branch also offers wok dishes and has a relatively large seating area.
