Sakara Ichi Sushi (Causeway Bay)

Sakara Ichi Sushi is a restaurant in the basement of Kyoto Plaza on Lockhart Road in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. It serves sushi and Japanese meals, including omakase sets, caramel foie gras sushi, udon, and donburi. Artist signatures cover both walls of the staircase, and Japanese lanterns hang inside the dining room. A line forms in front of the counter at lunchtime.
