Saburo Japanese Yakiniku

Saburo Japanese Yakiniku is a Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant in H Zentre in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Its signature two-person course serves a slow-cooked duck breast salad, three kinds of seasonal sashimi, thin slices of sea urchin and wagyu, wet- and dry-aged wagyu, and wagyu crab rice in sequence. The seasonal sashimi is cut thick, and the wagyu needs only a few seconds on the fire. Experiences with staff service differ, with both good and bad accounts.
