Red Tea is a Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng near Ladies' Market in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. It serves fried rice, fried noodles, pepper steak, and milk tea, and pineapple buns can be packed for takeout while still warm and crisp. Orders and food come out quickly, and payment is by cash or Octopus card rather than credit card. The meat dishes were undercooked inside and hard to eat.
