Red Tea is a Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng in Tsim Sha Tsui that serves pineapple buns, toast, and noodles. Its signature items are a polo bun with butter, a fish fillet toast, and a drink made with milk and red beans. Around 11 a.m., a line of 10 people moves inside within 5 minutes, and food arrives within 5 minutes of ordering. Seating is shared with strangers by default, and staff respond only in Chinese, which makes ordering difficult.
