Ray Garden

Lei Garden is a Chinese restaurant in IFC above Hong Kong Station. Its dim sum and xiaolongbao are the signature items, and it also serves crispy samgyeopsal and fried rice. At lunch, even without a reservation, entering before noon comes with a one-hour limit on the meal. The dining room is loud and the tables are set close together.
