Prince Dragon Restaurant is a small restaurant in the Mong Kok and Tai Tsz area of Hong Kong that serves Cantonese dim sum such as har gow and cheung fun. The menu also includes fried shrimp tofu skin rolls, fried eggplant dim sum, chicken feet, and sticky rice chicken. The shrimp dim sum have generous fillings, and the thin wrapper-style dim sum are baked until crisp. The dining space is small.
