Pot of Soup

Pot of Soup is a hot pot restaurant in Shek Tong Tsui, Hong Kong, serving a set course of stir-fried chicken, steamed seafood and Chinese soup. The signature stir-fried chicken comes with a choice of spice level and unlimited refills of chicken meat. A table timer guides the meal through four rounds of stir-frying every two minutes before moving to the next stage, and drinks are unlimited as well. The steamed seafood platter is served as a single plate.
