Popinjays is an Italian restaurant inside The Murray hotel in Hong Kong. Its disco brunch includes unlimited champagne, oysters, and caviar, and lunch is a four-course menu. It sits on the 26th floor, so guests take the lobby elevator to the 25th floor and transfer once, and there is outdoor seating. At night, cocktails come with a view of the Hong Kong skyline.
