Pizza Maru (Langham Place)

Pizza Maru is a restaurant on the fourth floor of Langham Place in Mong Kok that serves Korean-style fusion pizza, chicken, and pasta. The bulgogi Chicago pizza uses double mozzarella cheese, so it stretches long when lifted, and the honey butter chicken comes with grilled corn on the side. In the evening the restaurant fills up and a waiting line forms. The Chicago pizza is heavy for two people to share.
