Daebonyeong is a Japanese buffet on the 10th floor of the Sai Yeung Choi Street South CTMA Centre in Mong Kok, serving unlimited sashimi, sushi, grilled dishes, fried dishes, hot pot and Thai food. The sashimi platter holds thick salmon, large red shrimp and sweet shrimp, presented with dry ice, and the sushi pieces are small so you can pick several kinds. Orders are marked with a pen on a paper menu, drinks, ice cream and frozen treats come from a self-serve corner, and food arrives quickly. Seating for four people is on the narrow side.
