Oi Man Sang

Oi Man Sang is a dai pai dong in Sham Shui Po that serves Bei Fung Tong-style stir-fried dishes with beer. Its signature dishes are stir-fried beef with potatoes and stir-fried razor clams, and the QR ordering system lets customers adjust the amount of salt, oil, and garlic. Waiting is registered through the GULU app or a machine at the entrance, and food usually arrives within 10 to 20 minutes.
