Noodle Town

Noodle Town is a restaurant in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, next to Exit A2 of Sheung Wan Station, serving Korean-style Chinese dishes. It offers ganjajang, samseon jjamppong, and guobaorou, with clean seafood-based broth and a chunjang sauce that is less salty and less sweet. The samseon jjamppong contains squid, vegetables, and chili, and the noodles are chewy. The tangsuyuk is crispy and not greasy, and the guobaorou is made with wide cuts of meat that are deep-fried.
