Mak's Noodle

Mak's Noodle is a Chinese noodle shop in Central, across from Tsim Chai Kee Noodle, serving wonton noodles and beef noodles. It offers shrimp wonton noodles and rib wonton noodles with chewy noodles and a rich shrimp broth. At lunch, even with a queue, entry often takes under five minutes, and while waiting you can watch the noodles being made. A bowl is small for an adult man to eat.
