Maizuru

Maizuru is a Japanese restaurant in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, serving omakase and sushi sets. The omakase includes eight kinds of sashimi, eight pieces of sushi, an appetizer, soup, and fruit, with noodles or a rice bowl available as additions. The seasonal omakase is served in a tatami room, and the lunch sushi set comes with twelve pieces of sushi and a hand roll filled with minced fish. Prices are not low.
