Lan Fong Yuen Tsim Sha Tsui

Ranpong Yuen is a Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng located in the basement arcade of the building next to Chungking Mansions. It serves kaya French toast, pineapple buns, chicken and scallion noodles, and milk tea, and tea must be ordered. Between 11:35 AM and 3:30–4:00 PM, entry was possible without waiting and food came out quickly. The basement entrance is confusing, and staff seat guests at shared tables and rush them slightly.
