Kyung Yang Katsu

Kyung Yang Katsu serves Korean-style pork cutlets in Central, Hong Kong. The menu includes loin, tenderloin, tenderloin shrimp cutlets and fried oysters, eaten with wasabi, salted shrimp or salt. Meals come with rice, jeotgal and yeolmu noodles, and the somyeon topped with choisam kimchi is refilled without limit. The pork is dry and coarse in texture.
