Gunlan Bingshi is a Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng in B2 of Langham Place, directly connected to Mong Kok Station. It serves meals alongside bread and tarts, including the pineapple slide butter, a pineapple bun with scrambled egg and butter, a cheese-pull French toast, and a two-dish rice that changes daily. The two-dish rice lets diners choose from about ten side dishes each day, and orders are placed by QR code. Staff service is brusque.
